Who we are

Adspresso LLC is a United States digital advertising agency. This policy covers our website (adspresso.digital) and the private client reporting dashboards we operate on subdomains of adspresso.digital.

This website

The adspresso.digital website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and collects no personal information. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.

Client reporting dashboards

For each client we manage, we operate a private, invitation-only dashboard that presents that client's own advertising performance. These dashboards process:

• Advertising performance data (campaigns, costs, clicks, conversions) retrieved from the client's own ad accounts on platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, using API access the client has authorized.
• Business outcome figures (such as sales or revenue) that the client provides to us for reporting purposes.
• Account details of invited dashboard users: name, email address, a securely hashed password, and a log of sign-ins and administrative actions.

Dashboards use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use Google user data

Where our tools access data through Google APIs, they retrieve advertising reporting data from accounts we are authorized to manage, and use it solely to present reporting to the client who owns that account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information or advertising data.
• We do not share one client's data with any other client or third party.
• We do not use dashboard data for anything other than reporting to the client it belongs to.

Storage and security

Dashboard data is stored on access-controlled servers, transmitted over HTTPS only, and protected by per-user authentication. API credentials are stored outside version control with restricted file permissions.

Retention and deletion

Reporting data is retained for the duration of the client engagement so that year-over-year comparisons remain possible. Clients may request deletion of their data, and dashboard users may request deletion of their account, by emailing us.
